Happy New Year from the GastroNomad. Last year we visited Giuseppe Quintarelli's cellar in the Valpolicella Classico region to taste his exceptional wines, with the highlight at the end being the world renowned, outstanding Amarone. We admired the display of various vintages in the hallway leading from the old to the new cellar.
